Compiling thought and main contents of the Code for design of heating ventilation and air conditioning of civil buildings

The code will become effective in October 1st, 2012. Elaborates the thought of compiling and main principle of the code, briefly introduces to the readers the contents and background of indoor air design conditions, outdoor air design conditions, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, heating and cooling source, monitor and control, noise reduction and vibration isolation, heat insulation and corrosion prevention, and points out the future work.
